ASA seeking applicants for RegisterASA Coordinator

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. --- The Amateur Softball Association of America (ASA), the National Governing Body of Softball in the United States, is seeking applicants for the position of RegisterASA Coordinator. This individual’s primary responsibility will be working with Amateur Softball Associations RegisterASA online registration process.

Interested applicants should include a resume and a cover letter explaining why they wish to fill the position. Applicants will be screened and a select number will be invited to interview in Oklahoma City in late November. The successful candidate will be brought on board as soon as possible but no later than December 15th.

Applications for the RegisterASA Coordinator position will be accepted until November 16, 2009.

Primary Responsibility: RegisterASA Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring the RegisterASA online registration process (Individual, Team, and Umpire)
2. Providing phone and email support to ASA Associations covering the online process
3. Processing registrations by priority for printing and shipping
4. Working with the Accounting Dept on invoicing of ASA Associations for their registrations

Required or Desired Skills:
1. Strong Customer Service Skills
2. Computer skills and knowledge required.
3. Ability to be self starter as well as work in team environment to assist the Membership Services Department in providing quality customer service.

The pay range for this position is $30,000 – $37,000.
